Lady Joy Movement

Transform your life through
Movement and Dance
Hey there!
My name is Joy.
I am a multidisciplinary artist with a strong focus on physical therapy and mental health practices. For me, the mind is not separate from the body.
My practice seeks to deepen the body-mind connection and bring awareness to the importance of feeling pleasure and joy in our every day life.

Sessions and Events
Whether you need a private session or you feel more like sharing in a group, I got you covered. Check out these offers.

Movement Therapy (1-1)
Experience the healing power of Movement Therapy just for you.
First, we relax. Then, we move. That's how these sessions go. Along with some deep introspective music to help us release and reconnect. I'll guide you through aprox 40 minutes of deep connection to your body, and then bring some ideas to (maybe) change the way we see ourselves and reality.
The goal is to celebrate our physicality, our creativity and our time here.

Movement Therapy
(group session)
Share the beauty of Movement Therapy with others.
First, we relax. Then, we move. And at the end, we share in conversation what we experienced individually.
That's how these sessions go. Along with some deep introspective music to help us release and reconnect. I'll guide you through 40 minutes of deep connection to your body, and then bring some ideas to (maybe) change the way we see ourselves and reality.
The goal is to celebrate our physicality, our creativity and our time here. And in collectivity, it has a different flavour. =)

Reggaeton Months
(June+July)
Reggaeton music gets me. Gets me feeling fired up, empowered, moving my pelvic floor. Hmm, yummy.
Your glutes and quads will feel this. Your mood, too.
Join me for one hour of pure power and intensity.

Mobility Work Out
(group session)
Get your mobility back or improve it with this workout that combines elements of Pilates, stregth buildup and flexibility. A recharging hour where you will feel trained and flexible at the same time!

Mobility Work Out
(1-1, physio accompaniment)
If you have a set of exercises from a physiotherapist that you need to do on your own, I can help you get the most out of it. Limited mobility will in the future result in pain. Improving the way your body moves is working your way to longevity of the joints and muscles and thus improving your general well-being.
Remember you only have one body.
